  • You have the opportunity to test the app free of charge for 7 days. There is also a free workout every week. If you like the app and are seriously interested in your training progress, you can unlock all plans and recipes with a premium membership.

  • The app is available in the App Store for Apple devices and in the Google Play Store for Android devices.

  • You can change your plan at any time in the dashboard under "Change Plan" if your goals change or you're looking for a change. However, keep in mind that it takes time to complete each plan for the recommended weeks to achieve maximum results.

  • Individual workouts are short training sessions that you can complete in addition to or independently of your plan if you are looking for variety or want to train a specific muscle group more specifically.

  • It is recommended to perform the plan in the order provided to give the muscles the optimal recovery time between training sessions. However, if you would like to skip or prefer a training session, you can do so at any time.
